A user contacted us via email to let us know that Pokimane recently switched to the Herman Miller Aeron. Here's what the user wrote:
Your site incorrectly states that Pokimane uses the Noblechairs Epic Gaming Chair. On November 12, 2021, Pokimane made video on Twitch about her change to the Herman Miller Aeron. Pokimane's Aeron unboxing video is at this link:
welcome everyone (✿◠‿◠) CHAIR UNBOXING!
https://twitch.tv/videos/1203546886
The inferior design of the Noblechairs Epic Gaming Chair along with Pokimane being a wrist gamer resulted in her developing RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) in her wrist. She discusses RSI at 14:55 in the video, and she hopes that the Aeron will help. At 34:20, she states that she got the Aeron to help her posture.
In the video at 27:20, Pokimane states that she is not sponsored by Herman Miller.
Many are influenced by Pokimane and her equipment choices, and the Aeron is a far superior choice for various reasons. Herman Miller manufactures in the United States, practices environmental sustainability, and the Aeron is made of 53% recycled materials.
